The wine has been aged in new French and American oak barrels for 22 months. Enjoy at room temperature. Serve with hearty foods, like stews, poultry, roasted meats, or American Style BBQ.

Something very special. Harvested on Sept. 29, 2004 from Kiona's North Block Vineyard on Red Mountain, The 2004 Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon was a well balanced wine from the grape to the bottle. Aromas of Raspberry, Black Cherries and Black Currants, displaying layers of dark chocolate, and cigar smoke showing a complexity of terroir only found in the Red Mountain AVA. A Big Red to be paired with Prime Rib, T-Bone or King Salmon.
